People nowadays often dont have adequate time in their hands; that is why they are always on the go and even when they are home, they are still preoccupied by thoughts of work. taking your work to your place of rest should not be done because this will certainly keep you from truly relaxing. Stress can be good at times but if not addressed quickly, it can be bad. So, you need to control stress by leaving your work at your office, taking a break once in a while and delegating tasks to your other employees and not do it all by yourself, alone.
